Merin Seifer, Esq.
Merin Seifer is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator and Attorney. Merin has practiced Family Law in Palm Beach County for over 13 years and has represented clients through the mediation and litigation of various family law issues including divorce, alimony, time-sharing, paternity, child support, modification, contempt, enforcement, relocation, and adoption as well as real estate matters such as foreclosure defense, short sale negotiation and title/closing transactions.
Merin currently focuses her practice on family mediation and combines practical experience with creativity and flexibility to try to help parties find solutions to their individual issues.
Merin grew up in South Florida and received her B.A. in Communication from Florida Atlantic University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.Merin has owned her own Family Law practice in Palm Beach Gardens since 2013.
Merin strives to create a practice focused on her clients. Facing legal issues can be extremely emotionally challenging for clients. Responsiveness and accessibility are the keys to helping people navigate the difficult issues that their cases present.
